The information seeking part of our brain that’s always seeking new information is stronger than the cognitive control part that allows us to complete tasks.
Your brain is designed to seek new information and to be stimulated by new information, it is not designed to focus on one thing that has no variables for a long period of time. This is where your willpower comes in….
The more you train your brain to focus, follow through and complete tasks the easier it will be to focus, follow through & complete tasks.
Don’t start a new positive habit if you don’t think you’ll be able to stick to it.
Don’t give your time, energy or attention to anything that you can’t see yourself engaging in on a consistent basis unless it’s really exciting & fun. We all need to have fun.
This is usually the problem, we’re not having enough fun so we can’t get ourselves to concentrate on the things that matter.
It reminds me of minimalism.
Remarkable things here. I’m very happy to look your article.
Thanks a lot and I’m taking a look ahead to contact you.
Will you kindly drop me a mail?
