In one study scientists put some rats in a cage and as they administered electric shocks the rats panicked. This is obvious, but the surprising thing is that when they removed these rats from the cage and replaced them with calm & happy rats they panicked as soon as they breathed in the pheromones from the previous occupants.
So assuming we are affected by other peoples pheromones as much as rats, this proves that our pheromones affect people positively and negatively.
I wrote a song once called “drop your mask”
Have you ever heard the expression
“Who you are screams so loudly I can’t hear a word you’re saying?”
Pheromones are airborne compounds that send signals about your moods, your sexual orientation and even your genetic makeup.
Some people will tell you to be positive all the time.
Do these people realise that other peoples pheromones can affect your moods?
Sometimes it’s easy to be positive, and sometimes it’s hard.
Sometimes your work is going well and your personal life is non existent, it’s easy to get addicted to work when you don’t have a personal life.
Spending time with happy people when you’re low can make you feel better, but I believe that it’s important to lift yourself up and take responsibility for your own happiness.
When I’m feeling low or stressed out I like to turn off my phone and isolate myself, I feel better if I have the opportunity to recharge my batteries on my own.
Some people are the opposite, they’ll reach out to others when something stresses them out.
There is no right or wrong, you have to do what’s best for you.
If you speak to the right person when you’re low they’ll make you feel better, conversely if you speak to the wrong person when you’re happy they can make you feel low, even though you were fine before you spoke to them.
Scientists believe that pheromones affect our moods, there’s a lot of new research which proves that other people’s pheromones can affect our moods.
For example if you’re happy then your pheromones will have a specific chemical signature which other people breathe in whilst they’re talking to you.
So if you’re producing happy pheromones and someone else is producing stress hormones then you’ll probably neutralise each other out.
Pheromones are detected through smell and are secreted by way of sweat and saliva, so we can subconsciously pick up how another person is feeling just by standing next to them. It’s easier to detect these pheromones if you’re alone with someone. If you’re in a crowded room then all of these pheromones will blend in.
This explains the Wellesley effect, when women’s periods synchronise if they live or work together.
Have you ever heard the expression.
“You could cut the tension with a knife.”
This tension is an accumulation of stress hormones, when someone is secreting stress hormones in high amounts they have a certain smell, this smell can cause others to react negatively.
So it’s not just about your body language and your tone of voice, your pheromones can help you to make a good impression too.
If you have a healthy sex life then you’ll know that people respond more positively to you when you’ve had sex recently.
Single people can achieve this by releasing this build up on their own.
People can smell satisfaction, as you release pheromones into the air and people breathe them in their subconscious mind will be affected by them.
So success has a specific smell, failure has a specific smell, if you’re calm that will have a pheromonal state associated with it. People will respond to the pheromones that you’re secreting without even realising it.
So when people talk about the law of attraction they’re actually talking about pheromones, if you’re breathing out happy, calm and satisfied pheromones then people will feel more comfortable around you without knowing why.
They won’t know why, they won’t be able to explain it.
Pheromones come in a bottle, so if you’re going on a date after a long and stressful day at the office then you may want to use them!
Or you could just meditate for 20-60 minutes.
You can get good quality pheromones online.
Positive stress will have a different smell to negative stress. If you associate pleasure to the stress because you’re focused on the reward you’ll receive because you endured the pain then you’ll release positive pheromones.
But when all is said and done nothing is ever 100% positive or 100% negative. Everything is open to interpretation.
